As always very helpful staff on the phone and in-person. We had to change our year 6 leavers' photos and you were really accommodating with organising another date. The photographer was lovely with the children. All in all a great experience.

Liz went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. We had to rearrange the original date at short notice due to year 6 going on a residential. On the rescheduled date the weather was continuously forecasted to rain, so Liz offered to come and do the shoot on the following week, when the weather was looking glorious, allowing us to take the pictures outside for our Year 6 leavers. Liz was calm, supportive and welcoming to any suggestions put forward to her on the day. She stayed calm under pressure when we requested a choir photo with 40 children all in costume, this was made more difficult with the added pressure of being patient for the sun to disappear behind the clouds when later in the day we lost the shade.
