Melissa is just fabulous ???? we always request her if possible! She is so warming, friendly and patient with the children, going the extra mile to make sure the children look their best and for what we would like as a setting. She is always chatty and explains things clearly if there are ever any changes etc.

This from our SEN teacher, the children had their photos in their setting rather than the Hall - "James was calm and not phased by the needs of the children. He was patient yet persistent in a neuro-affirming manor. He went to where the children were and tried many, many times to get a great shot. He revisited us after he had finished mainstream to try again for a couple of children. He also accepted many non typical approaches to getting a photo taken! We would welcome him back for our specialist cohort next time! "
